Job summary
Senior Helpers of Southwest Dallas is urgently hiring caregivers to provide in-home senior care to clients across the Dallas area. If you have experience in assisted living, independent living, nursing homes, or home health, you could join our compassionate team dedicated to enhancing quality of life for seniors.
We welcome CNAs, PCAs, RNs, LPNs, LVNs, or HHA, offering flexible schedules and paid training. Competitive pay ranges from $13 to $16 per hour based on experience and location, with
Qualifications
- Caring and compassionate—you enjoy helping others.
- Willingness to learn new skills to best assist your clients.
- Experience in healthcare, home care, assisted living, nursing assistance a Plus!
- Current valid driver's license and insurance required.
Responsibilities
- Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned
- Provide companionship and emotional support by engaging in conversation and recreational activities
- Perform light household tasks such as tidying up and laundry assistance
- Meal planning and preparation
- Transportation assistance as needed
- Medication reminders to the client
- Administrative functions such as documenting tasks completed and reporting change in client's condition
