Job summary

Prestige Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking compassionate, dependable in-home caregivers to provide non-medical personal support in Memphis, Bartlett, and surrounding communities. You will assist with ADLs, personal care, mobility, companionship, and light homemaking while following each client’s care plan.

Qualifications

• Live in the Memphis/Bartlett area or surrounding local communities.
• Able to reliably travel to client homes within Prestige service area.
• Demonstrate dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Communicate professionally by phone, email, text, and in person.
• Be comfortable providing personal care and assisting with ADLs.
• Be able to follow instructions and an established plan of care.
• Demonstrate compassion, patience, integrity, and respect.
• Successfully complete required background checks and pre-employment requirements.
• Complete required orientation and caregiver training.
• Maintain appropriate confidentiality and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide personal care, hygiene assistance, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Provide companionship and social interaction.
• Support light homemaking and meal preparation as needed.
• Document services accurately and report changes to agency staff.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful home environment.
