Personal Care Services Midsouth, LLC is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers to support clients across life stages. You will assist with daily living activities, meal prep, mobility, and companionship, while maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

We offer comprehensive training, flexible scheduling, and a benefits package including health, dental, and 401(k). Experience preferred but training is provided to new entrants seeking a rewarding career in home care.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if travel is required).
• Criminal background check including fingerprinting (MSDH).
• CPR certification is required.
• At least 1 year of home healthcare or similar caregiving experience preferred.
• Smart phone or mobile device for documenting service delivery.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals per dietary needs or preferences.
• Assist with mobility and safe transfers within the home.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in activities.
• Monitor health changes and report to family or supervisor.
• Maintain accurate care records and daily activity documentation.
