Generations Home Care is seeking compassionate In-Home Caregivers to provide personalized care to clients in Collin and Denton County, with remote opportunities. This role focuses on assisting with daily living activities, meals, mobility, and companionship in a home setting.

Responsibilities include personal care, meal support, light housekeeping, health monitoring, medication reminders, and transportation to appointments.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in caregiving or related fields preferred but not required.
• Patience, reliability, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Basic understanding of health and safety standards relevant to home care environments.
• A valid driver’s license may be necessary depending on client's location.
• Willingness to pass background checks and complete all required training and orientation.

Aufgaben

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
• Prepare and assist with meals, including feeding when necessary, to promote proper nutrition.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe, clean, and organized living environment.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating and meaningful activities to enhance their well-being.
• Monitor clients’ health and behavior, promptly reporting any changes or concerns to supervisory staff.
• Support clients with medication reminders and ensure adherence, following established guidelines.
• Run errands and provide transportation to medical appointments as needed.
