Qualifications

• Demonstrated patience, reliability, and strong interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with clients.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Basic understanding of health and safety standards in home care.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Prepare and assist with meals to promote nutrition.
• Perform light housekeeping for a safe, clean home.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Monitor health and report changes to supervisory staff.
