Stand Out Home Care is seeking experienced caregivers to join a growing team in Tennessee. We offer full-time and part-time roles with weekly pay, helping clients stay safe and independent at home.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living, personal care, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, medication reminders and companionship while following individualized care plans. Benefits begin after 60 days with growth opportunities.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required.
• Dependable, professional and compassionate.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to follow client care plans and instructions.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to successfully complete required background and compliance screenings.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and supervision.
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines.
• Following individualized client care plans.
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Reporting changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member.
