Job summary

Stand Out Home Care is looking for experienced, dependable caregivers to support clients across Tennessee. We provide personalized in-home care to help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Private-pay clients and VA/CHOICES program participants are served.

We offer opportunities for full-time and part-time schedules, with weekly pay and benefits after qualifying periods, plus growth as the company expands in the region.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Dependable, professional and compassionate.
Strong communication skills.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to follow client care plans and instructions.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living.
Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
Meal preparation.
Light housekeeping and laundry.
Medication reminders.
Companionship and supervision.
Running errands and assisting with daily routines.
Following individualized client care plans.
Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment.
Reporting changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member.
