Qualifications

• 1+ years caregiving experience with seniors.
• Able to work independently and manage tasks.
• View/treat vulnerable population with empathy and respect.
• Pass background check and maintain reliable transportation with valid insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide long-term care and personal assistance to clients.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, medication reminders).
• Utilize first aid knowledge and respect residents' rights to ensure quality care.
• Drive to appointments or outings with a valid driver's license.
• Demonstrate compassion and empathy while supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or Alzheimer's.
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment including meal prep and light housekeeping.
