Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional caregiving experience with seniors, MUST include previous employment history when applying.
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• View/treat vulnerable population with empathy, dignity, and respect.

Responsibilities

• Provide long-term care and personal assistance.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and medication reminders.
• Utilize first aid knowledge and residents' rights awareness to ensure quality care.
• Drive to appointments or outings with a valid driver’s license.
• Support individuals with developmental disabilities or Alzheimer’s with compassion and empathy.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, including meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks.
