Infallible Home Care, LLC is seeking compassionate caregivers in Grand Rapids, MI to provide high-quality in-home care. You will support clients of all ages with dignity and empathy, assisting with daily activities and coordinating transportation to appointments and outings.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and a background check. Flexible scheduling and opportunities from part-time to full-time are available.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional caregiving experience with seniors.
• Able to work independently.
• View/treat vulnerable population with empathy, dignity, and respect.
• Pass background check.
• Valid driver's license with ability to transport clients and proof of car insurance.

Responsabilités

• Provide long-term care and personal assistance.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and medication reminders.
• Utilize skills like first aid and knowledge of residents' rights to ensure quality care.
• Drive to appointments or outings as needed with a valid driver's license.
• Demonstrate compassion and empathy while supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or Alzheimer's.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, including meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks.
