Touching Hearts at Home in Charlotte, NC is seeking dependable caregivers and CNAs to help seniors and adults with disabilities stay independent at home. Positions include both full-time and part-time roles across the Charlotte metro area and surrounding counties.

Qualified candidates may have a CNA license or prior caregiving experience, must be 18+, and able to pass required screenings. Reliable transportation and a compassionate approach are essential for client comfort.

Qualifications

• CNA license or prior caregiving experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and TB screening
• Ability to lift 25 pounds

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Help clients with mobility and transfers
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals
• Perform light housekeeping related to care
• Assist with activities of daily living
