Job summary

Touching Hearts at Home is seeking dependable and compassionate caregivers and CNAs who want their work to have a genuine impact on the people they care for. We provide in-home care to seniors and adults with disabilities throughout the Charlotte metro area and surrounding counties.

Location Concord, North Carolina. Join a team that offers flexible scheduling, steady client hours, and ongoing training to support you in delivering safe, one-on-one care.

Qualifications

• CNA license or prior caregiving experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and TB screening.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support clients with mobility and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals for clients.
• Perform light housekeeping related to care.
• Assist with activities of daily living.
