Job summary

Elara Caring is hiring compassionate caregivers to support clients in their homes, with most visits lasting 1–3 hours. Availability Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM; weekly hours depend on client needs and service area. Mileage reimbursement applies, and full-time hours may not be available immediately.

Earn $20.00–$22.58/hr based on certification and experience. We offer paid training, flexible scheduling, medical/dental/vision benefits, and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Certified for at least one caregiver level (Homemaker, Personal Care, or HHA/CNA).
• Massachusetts Homemaker and Personal Care training certificates required for certain levels.
• Active CNA license or HHA certification preferred for certain roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and household support.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Assist with grocery shopping and errands (mileage reimbursed at $0.72/mile).
• Deliver personal care, grooming, and dressing assistance.
• Bathing and additional hands-on care for qualified caregivers.
