Job summary

Elara Caring in the United States is hiring compassionate caregivers to support clients in their homes. Pay ranges from $20.00 to $22.58 per hour based on certification and experience.

Availability Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM; most visits are 1–3 hours and full-time hours may not be available immediately. Benefits include daily pay options, paid training, flexible scheduling, medical/dental/vision coverage, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be certified for at least one caregiver level.
• Massachusetts Homemaker training certificate required for Homemaker.
• Massachusetts Homemaker + Personal Care training certificate required for Personal Care.
• Home Health Aide certification or active CNA License required for HHA.

Responsibilities

• Companionship and household support.
• Light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Grocery shopping and client errands with mileage reimbursement.
• Personal care, grooming, and dressing.
• Bathing and hands-on care for qualified HHA/CNA caregivers.
