Right at Home Greater Jax is seeking Home Health Aides and Personal Care Assistants to serve seniors in Palm Coast and surrounding areas. You will receive comprehensive training, flexible schedules, and support from a caring team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA).
• Completion of a State approved Nurse Aide or HHA/PCA course.
• Current CPR certificate recommended.
• Read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle or reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (hygiene, grooming, mobility).
• Prepare meals and assist in the kitchen.
• Perform light housekeeping and daily chores.
• Support use of mobility devices (walker, cane, wheelchair).
• Take vital signs and monitor patient condition.
• Provide patient transport between clients if needed.
• Follow nurse instructions for patient care tasks.
• Document care and communicate with the office.
