Job summary

Harmony at Home Senior Care is seeking caring individuals to join our team in Houston to provide non-medical in-home support, companionship, and independence for seniors and veterans.

You will help with personal care, light housekeeping, meal reminders, transportation, and safety monitoring while building trusting relationships with clients and their families. Flexible schedules and daily pay options are available.

Qualifications

• Passion for helping seniors and individuals in need.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not always required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to work independently while following care plans.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Meal preparation and medication reminders.
• Transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities.
• Monitoring client well-being and reporting concerns.
