Job summary

Touching Hearts at Home - North Houston is looking for compassionate caregivers to join our in-home care team in Houston, Texas. Start ASAP and provide one-on-one care to seniors in the clients’ homes, helping with daily activities and ensuring safety.

Responsibilities include personal care, transfers, companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, medication reminders, and accompany clients on errands/transport. A vehicle is required; background check and drug screening may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have your own vehicle (required).
• Background check and drug screening may be required.
• 1+ year caregiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
• Assisting with safe transfers and fall prevention.
• Offering companionship and memory care support.
• Performing light housekeeping and meal prep.
• Reminding clients of medication schedules.
• Accompanying clients on errands and transportation.
