Job summary

Senior Solutions Home Care in Knoxville, TN is seeking caring individuals to provide non-medical in-home support to seniors and clients with disabilities. The role offers flexible scheduling, training, and opportunities for growth in a supportive team environment.

We value compassionate caregivers and provide a base pay of $16.00 per hour with added premium pay opportunities, including shift differentials and CNA premiums, plus full-time, part-time, and PRN roles across Knox County.

Qualifications

• Valid drivericense or state-issued ID.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and meaningful conversations.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks.
• Provide medication reminders and monitor safety.
• Assist with mobility and activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Transport clients and run errands as needed.
• Deliver compassionate, respectful support upholding client dignity.
