Job summary

Right at Home is seeking compassionate caregivers in Jefferson City, TN and surrounding areas to provide in-home, one-on-one care for seniors and individuals needing assistance. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, meal prep, light housekeeping, and medication reminders per a personalized plan.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow care plans and procedures.
• Strong organizational and planning skills, attention to detail.
• Comfortable using a smartphone/tablet and care management system.
• Ability to establish positive working relationships, with patience and empathy.
• Maintain privacy of client and company information.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, one-on-one in-home care per care plan.
• Assist with ADLs and light housekeeping as needed.
• Observe changes in client condition and document care electronically.
