Job summary

Stand Out Home Care is growing across Tennessee and seeks experienced, dependable caregivers to make a difference in clients’ lives at home. We serve private-pay clients as well as VA/CHOICES programs, offering flexibility and a supportive team.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, personal care, mobility, meal prep, light housekeeping, medication reminders, companionship, and following care plans. Competitive pay, weekly pay, and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass background screenings.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow client care plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and supervision
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines
• Following individualized client care plans
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment
• Reporting changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member
