Right at Home is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide non-medical in-home care for seniors and adults who need assistance with daily living. We are hiring for clients in Moorpark, Simi Valley, and Camarillo.

All shifts—day, night, and evening—are available, with flexible hours and immediate start opportunities for qualified applicants. As a caregiver, you will help clients stay safe and independent in their own homes.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Negative TB test or clear chest X-ray required.
• Must pass a background check.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• 1 year of caregiving experience preferred, but not required; training and support are provided.

Responsabilités

• Provide companionship and friendly conversation.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry.
• Support clients with routine daily activities and personal care needs, as appropriate.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with walking, transfers, and mobility support.
• Offer transportation or accompaniment to errands and appointments when needed.
• Observe and report changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member.
• Maintain a respectful, safe, and supportive home environment.
