Affinity Healthcare Solutions is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team for a 40-hour per week assignment serving a client in Altoona, PA 16601. You will support daily living activities and help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

Responsibilities include ADLs, personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, mobility, medication reminders, and companionship. Candidates should be reliable, professional, and able to meet EVV requirements and DOH policies.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to provide high-quality care while maintaining client dignity and independence.
• Must comply with Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) requirements, including clocking in and out at the client's verified service location.
• All employees are mandatory reporters and must adhere to DOH regulations and company policies.

Responsabilités

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Meal preparation and assistance with nutrition.
• Light housekeeping and laundry/linen changes.
• Mobility and transfer assistance.
• Incontinence care, as needed.
• Medication reminders per the care plan (if permitted).
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.

Schedule
