Job summary

MaineTouch LLC in Maine is seeking Personal Support Specialists (PSS) to deliver in-home, non-medical care to adults and seniors. You will work in clients' homes according to their plan of care, providing daily living assistance with dignity and safety.

No prior experience required; training is provided. The role offers flexible schedules, full-time or part-time shifts, mileage reimbursement where applicable, and ongoing supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Active PSS certification in the State of Maine, or willingness to enroll within 60 days of hire.
• No experience required - training and support provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toilet routines.
• Support mobility and transfers with or without aids.
• Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal-related tasks per care plan.
• Provide companionship and support daily routines or hobbies.
• Observe changes and report safety concerns to supervisor.
