Qualifications

• Passion for direct service to older adults or vulnerable clients.
• Maturity, patience, adaptability, and teamwork.
• Experience working independently with sound judgment and time management.
• Comfort using calendars, email, smartphones, and basic computer tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical support per individualized service agreements and care expectations.
• Offer companionship and socialization through conversation, activities, and engagement.
• Assist with personal care such as meals, bathing, toileting, dressing, and hygiene.
• Support household tasks like laundry, cleaning, and shopping.
