Responsibilities

• Assist daily living activities and personal care per care plan.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Support meal planning, housekeeping, laundry, and errands.
• Escort to medical appointments and accompany to activities.
• Monitor client health, report unsafe conditions to Supervisor.
