Job summary

Haven Home Care in Summit County, Ohio is hiring Home Health Aides to help older adults live at home. You'd assist with baths, dressing, meals, light cleaning, errands, and companionship. This is physical work—you're on your feet; no medical tasks are required.

Pay ranges: STNA license $18/hour; HHA certificate or experience $16–18/hour; free training pathway $16/hour. Paid biweekly on a W-2; 10% extra on holidays, plus performance raises and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must have a driver's license and own car with insurance.
• Background checks are required to work with clients.
• Available to work at least 20 hours per week.
• STNA license or HHA certificate preferred or current training offered.

Responsibilities

• Assist with baths, dressing, meals, light cleaning, errands and companionship.
• This is non-medical care; nurses handle medical tasks.
• Maintain safety and support client mobility as needed.
