Job summary

Haven Home Care in Summit County, Ohio, is hiring Home Health Aides. You’ll help older adults with baths, dressing, meals, light cleaning, and companionship. This is physical work; you’ll be on your feet most of the day.

No medical tasks are required, as nurses handle those. Pay starts at $16–$18 per hour based on qualification, with higher rates for STNA licenses. Training is provided free, you’ll be paid biweekly, and there are holiday bonuses and performance raises.

Qualifications

• STNA license or HHA certificate required for higher pay.
• Experience under RN/LPN considered for higher rate.
• Free training pathway available for applicants without credentials.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, meals, light cleaning, and errands.
• Provide companionship and safety for clients.
• Help clients move and stay active; no medical tasks.
