Job summary

Haven Home Care in Summit County, Ohio is hiring Home Health Aides to help older adults live at home. You'll assist with baths, dressing, meals, light cleaning, errands, and companionship.

This is physical work — you're on your feet and help people move around; no medical tasks are performed by aides. Pay varies by qualification: STNA $18/hour, HHA cert or RN/LPN experience $16–$18/hour, and free training pathway at $16/hour.

Qualifications

• STNA license or HHA certificate required.
• 1+ year experience under an RN/LPN preferred.
• Free training pathway available.

Responsibilities

• Help with baths, dressing, meals, light cleaning, errands, and companionship.
• Assist clients with mobility and daily activities.
• No medical tasks; nurses handle medical procedures.
