Job summary

Le' Feather Homecare LLC is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Aide (PCA) to support clients in North Little Rock and surrounding areas. You will assist with daily activities, mobility, meals, and transportation while building trusted relationships with clients and families.

This role offers the chance to grow with a caring home-care provider that emphasizes dignity, respect, and tailored at-home support. Training and advancement are available for committed caregivers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as PCA/CNA/HHA or related caregiving role preferred.
• Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled clients.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide mobility assistance and transfers to ensure client safety.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean home environment.
• Accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands and transportation.
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
