Job summary

Le' Feather Homecare LLC seeks a compassionate Personal Care Aide (PCA) to join our team across Little Rock, Pine Bluff, El Dorado, Monticello, Cabot and nearby areas. You will assist clients with daily living activities, mobility, meals, and transport in their homes, delivering respectful, person-centered care.

Qualifications include prior caregiving experience and ability to pass a background check; a smartphone with EVV usage is required to clock in and document visits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as PCA, CNA, HHA, or similar caregiving role preferred.
• Pass background check and drug screening.
• Smartphone & EVV usage with CareSmartz360 for clock-in and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide mobility assistance and transfers to ensure client safety.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe home environment.
• Accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands and transportation.
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow care plans and document services accurately
• Physical ability to assist with lifting, transferring, and mobility support
• Smartphone & EVV: Must have a reliable smartphone and be comfortable using mobile applications, including CareSmartz360, to clock in/out, document services, and complete required visit documentation.
