Job summary

Live Well Home Care seeks compassionate aides to provide in-home support for individuals needing assistance due to age or illness. You will help with activities of daily living, monitor safety, and support independence per care plans and agency policies.

Responsibilities include bathing, dressing, meal prep, mobility assistance, medication reminders, errands, and meaningful companionship, with reporting of changes to the Branch Manager.

Qualifications

• Provide personal care in clients' homes per plan.
• Assist with activities of daily living and home safety.
• Monitor and report changes to Branch Manager.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care including ambulation, bathing, dressing, exercise, feeding, hair care, medication reminders, mouth care, nail care, and more.
• Ensure client safety by supervising the home environment and following care plans.
• Provide companionship, meal planning assistance, routine housekeeping, and respite care as needed.
