Responsibilities

• Fosters a compassionate, respectful environment for patients, families, and staff.
• Demonstrates proficiency with all office medical equipment.
• Adheres to immunization/injection checklists.
• Keeps exam rooms clean and stocked, replaces expired supplies.
• Calls patients from waiting area to a prepared exam room.
• Obtains and documents vital signs and chief complaint.
• Triages and performs in-house diagnostic testing per orders.
• Manages patient workflow in the clinical area.
• Provides support to patients, nurses, physicians, and staff.
• Participates in problem solving and process improvement with clinical teams.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
