• Calls patients using appropriate title and last name to an examination room.
• Obtains and accurately documents vital signs.
• Triages and performs in-house diagnostic testing.
• Manages patient workflow in the clinical area.
• Provides support to patients, nurses, and physicians.
• Participates in problem solving and process improvement activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
