Job summary

OneWell Health Care is seeking a dedicated Caregiver/Personal Attendant in Dana Point, CA. You will provide hands-on support, assist with daily living activities, mobility, medication assistance, and participate in individualized care plans to promote independence and well-being.

Experience with IDD and Autism is a plus. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift/move participants are required; CPR/First Aid certification is needed within designated timeframe.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification required or obtainable within timeframe.
• Experience as DSP/caregiver and with IDD/Autism is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Provide medication support as authorized and document care notes.
• Observe changes and report to supervisors; ensure safety and adherence to care plans.
• Transport participants as needed and maintain documentation.
