Milton Nursing & Rehab is seeking a compassionate Housekeeping/Laundry Aide to join our care team. You will keep resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas clean and safe to support quality resident care.

Responsibilities include sanitizing rooms, maintaining daily upkeep, handling laundry, restocking supplies, and performing discharge cleaning. The role emphasizes attention to detail and respectful care for our elderly residents.

Qualificações

• Experience in housekeeping, laundry, or custodial work (healthcare or long-term care is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Compassionate attitude and respectful demeanor toward elderly residents.
• Ability to stand, bend for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms and common areas following infection control procedures.
• Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and wipe down furniture, beds and fixtures.
• Collect, wash, dry, fold, and distribute residents' clothing and facility linens.
• Safely remove trash and handle soiled linens per facility guidelines.
• Restock soap, paper towels and toilet paper in rooms and shared spaces.
• Perform terminal cleaning to prepare rooms for new residents.
