Job summary

Momentous Health in Richfield is seeking a compassionate Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents. You will be responsible for cleaning resident rooms, restocking supplies, and handling laundry, contributing to a welcoming living space.

The position emphasizes reliability and strong communication within a caring, collaborative team. Prior experience in long-term care or healthcare is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with the elderly population preferred.
• Long-term care or healthcare experience preferred.
• Compassion and empathy for others.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms and perform discharge cleaning duties, including dusting, sanitizing, disinfecting, wiping, and scrubbing beds, walls, furniture, and fixtures.
• Replenish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and other supplies as needed
• Keep housekeeping carts clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Collect, clean, and deliver resident laundry
• Follow daily housekeeping and project assignments

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong communication skills
