Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care's Hunter Hollow skilled nursing community in West Valley City is seeking an Environmental Services Housekeeper. You will clean and disinfect resident rooms, corridors and common areas, operate cleaning equipment, and help maintain a safe, sanitary environment for residents and staff.

The role requires English literacy, basic math, and a patient, team-oriented approach. Prior long-term care experience is a plus; shift work and adherence to infection control policies are

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must read/write/speak English.
• Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and perform basic math.
• Previous long term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carries out cleaning duties as directed by Environmental Services Director.
• Maintains daily and deep cleaning schedules.
• Maintains high standard of personal presentation and hygiene.
• Operates environmental services equipment (vacuums, floor cleaners, buffers).
• Cleans and disinfects rooms, bathrooms, fixtures and surfaces.
• Delivers linen and supplies per par levels and schedules.
