Qualifications

• Understands basic cleaning principles and safety related to the handling of chemicals.
• Communicates well with associates, patients, family members, and visitors.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, damp mop, and wet mop tile floors.
• Vacuum carpeted rooms as applicable.
• Clean bathrooms and glass surfaces.
• Empty trash and replace liners with clean ones.
• Follow infection control standards while performing cleaning.
