• Cleans and sanitizes Resident rooms, offices, hallways, and other areas inside the facility.
• Cleans vents, fixtures, and high areas using a ladder.
• Performs terminal cleaning and prepares rooms for new occupants; follows isolation procedures.
• Maintains infection control and safety precautions at all times.
• Reports hazardous conditions, damaged equipment, and supply issues to the supervisor.
• Interacts with Residents to display warmth, respect, and a caring environment.
• Responds promptly to call lights in care areas.
• Communicates effectively with Residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors.
• Attends departmental meetings and in-services as directed.
