Job summary
Onyx of Bernice is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to perform daily housekeeping tasks in a post-acute care setting. The role requires following established schedules and coordinating cleaning with nursing services to support clean, safe resident living areas.

Qualifications
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Must be able to follow written and oral instructions concerning cleaning solutions and disinfectants.
- Skilled Nursing Facility Experience (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Follow work/cleaning schedules as closely as practical.
- Coordinate housekeeping services with nursing in resident living and/or residential areas.
- Clean, sanitize, and polish fixtures, surfaces, and bathroom fittings.
- Clean floors: sweeping, mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, disinfecting.
- Discard waste into proper containers and replace liners.
- Protect residents' health information and report suspected violations.
- Follow safety precautions with equipment and supplies.
- Adjust to shift changes to meet facility needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
