Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities is seeking a Part-Time Housekeeper in Michigan to help maintain a comfortable home for residents. You will clean apartments and common spaces, and learn each resident's cleaning preferences while building genuine connections with residents, guests and team members.

You will work with a focus on warmth and attention to detail, following safety guidelines and using approved cleaning products.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience in housekeeping in a hospitality, commercial or residential setting preferred.
• Ability to read, speak and understand basic English.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new residents and learn their cleaning preferences; adjust cleaning to meet needs.
• Clean residents' apartments and community spaces on a regular schedule; vacuum, mop, dust, kitchens/bathrooms, linens, trash, seasonal tasks.
• Deep-clean apartments after move-outs and care for vacant units to be ready for new residents.
• Prepare and clean model apartments and guest suites; sanitize, restock supplies, check HVAC areas.
• Keep common areas clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, closets, and storage areas; use approved products and PPE.
