Viva Senior Living is seeking a conscientious Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents. You will perform daily cleaning tasks as directed by the supervisor and adhere to facility policies.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to read/write/speak English, and a compassionate approach with residents and their families. Occasional call-backs may be required during emergencies.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to work well with peers in a congenial work environment.

Aufgaben

• Complete assigned work tasks to maintain the community’s clean, safe, and orderly condition.
• Daily dusting and waxing of furniture in each assigned room.
• Daily vacuuming of assigned areas.
• Daily cleaning of bathrooms in assigned rooms, including sink, tub, and toilet.
• Change the supply of paper goods in each resident’s bathroom and replenish toilet tissue, facial tissue, and soap when needed.
• Empty wastebaskets in assigned rooms each day.
