The role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to read and write English, and flexibility to respond to emergencies. You will perform daily cleaning of resident rooms and common areas to support a comfortable living environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work tasks to maintain the community’s clean, safe, and orderly condition.
• Daily dusting and waxing of furniture in each assigned room.
• Daily vacuuming of assigned areas.
• Daily cleaning of bathrooms in assigned rooms, including sink, tub, and toilet.
• Change the supply of paper goods in each resident’s bathroom and replenish toilet tissue, facial tissue, and soap when needed.
• Empty wastebaskets in assigned rooms each day.
• Housekeepers will be responsible for the cleanliness of all resident rooms.
• Maintain all public areas through sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and general cleaning.
• Daily cleaning of public bathrooms and emptying of trash receptacles.
