Responsibilities

• Maintain the community’s clean, safe, and orderly condition as directed by the supervisor.
• Daily dusting, waxing, vacuuming of assigned areas; bathroom cleaning and restocking supplies.
• Report maintenance needs and observe for safety hazards (loose cords, damaged fixtures).
• Sweep, mop, dust, and clean public and resident rooms; empty trash daily.
• Assist in emergency evacuations if required.
