Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean and safe environment in a long-term care facility. You will perform daily housekeeping tasks, ensure sanitation, and interact positively with residents and staff to support high-quality care experiences.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Prior housekeeping experience is preferred but not required; training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Must be able to work with cleaning products.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions daily.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure cleaning and sanitation according to procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests to provide excellent service.
• All other duties as assigned.
