Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper in Middletown, OH to maintain a clean, safe environment in a long-term care facility. You will perform daily housekeeping tasks, follow safety procedures, and interact with residents and staff to support a comfortable living space.

Starting pay is USD $14.07 per hour. Benefits include telemedicine, prescription discounts, employee assistance programs, and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with occupants and staff.
Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
Ensure cleaning and sanitation follows established procedures.
Maintain records of cleaning activities and report safety issues.
Follow infection control policies to maintain a sanitary environment.
Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests.
All other duties as assigned.
