Job summary
Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, safe environment in a long-term care facility. You will perform daily housekeeping tasks and interact positively with residents, staff, and guests.
Starting pay is USD 14.00 per hour with multiple benefits including telemedicine, prescription discounts, and career development opportunities. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
- Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
- Ensure cleaning and sanitation following procedures and safety guidelines.
- Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues.
- Follow infection control policies to maintain a sanitary environment.
- Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, delivering excellent customer service.
- All other duties as assigned.
