Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is hiring a Housekeeper for a long-term care facility. You will perform daily cleaning, maintain a safe environment, and interact positively with residents and staff.

The position pays starting at $16.00 per hour with benefits such as telemedicine, prescription discounts, EAP, and more. Responsibilities include infection control, adherence to policies, and physical tasks associated with housekeeping.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Maintain a positive attitude and communicate with occupants and leadership.
• COVID-19 vaccination policy compliance.
• Lift up to 50 pounds; stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
• Residency within the service area required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation following procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
