Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean and safe environment in a long-term care facility in Howell, MI. You will perform daily housekeeping tasks, follow cleaning protocols, and interact positively with residents and staff to support excellent service.

Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Must follow oral and written instructions and safety guidelines.
• Residency within the service area is required.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure sanitation following procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report issues to supervisor.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests and provide excellent service.
• All other duties as assigned.
