The role requires physical stamina and the ability to follow safety procedures. Training and support are provided to help you succeed in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience is not required but preferred.
• Must maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with residents, staff, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure sanitation per established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions to keep a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
